Back in Palmerton we were able to meet Manuel Dufaux and interview him between waves at the 3K series race. Now that he won the Spartan North American series we were more than excited to have him on for his own episode!
We talk about his motivation to take on the Spartan 3K series, what stood out most for each event in the series, how he felt about winning the series overall, his experience at OCRWC, the importance of recovery as an older athlete, and the sacrifices and focus needed to do well!
