After reading her name at least a dozen times when reviewing podiums during quick news last year, we finally had Cassandra Gill on the show!
She is fairly new to the sport but has found some pretty great success in the sport lately which led to her making the top 5 of Jack Bauer’s post highlighting the leaderboard of elite Spartan Race podiums across 2023. She is also both an animal, and a serious ice cream lover so she is one of our people!
We discuss her athletic background, how she found obstacle course racing, support from fellow athletes, getting through some failures, some of her favorite race memories in 2023, big plans for 2024 and more!
