246. Veejay Jones on OCRWC, Black Forest, and More!

Obstacle Course Racing World Championships is next weekend! I’m excited and I figured what better way to build excitement on the show than to have one of the best OCR athletes in the world on to talk about it.

Veejay Jones was my first choice as he is someone who I have only had the privilege of talking to at previous NorAm events and he is both easy to talk to and likely to do very well in the upcoming 3k. He also put some solid work into his Black Forest OCR training facility. This was recorded last week so if there are any out of date comments made then that is why.
