2020 has been a strange year that likely won’t be remembered well but we hope that this episode provides some great life lessons from our show so you can leave 2020 better than you went into it!

Why are we so confident in our show this year? We have had athletes such as Brakken Kraker, Rebecca Hammond, Erin Rost, and Evan Perperis, as well as various race owners such as Jenn Scotts, Adrian Bijanada, and Robb McCoy. We traveled from the northeast all the way to Kansas, so we could provide great OCR and running content.

Was 2020 the best year yet? No, but we learned to roll with the punches and pivot our show!
