We had Nick Gagnon on the show back in 2023 to talk about hiking the Appalachian Trail, and since he’s now finished the Pacific Crest Trail, it felt like the perfect time to have him back to chat about the prep, trail highlights, wildlife and weather challenges, how it stacks up against the AT, and advice for anyone thinking about taking on a long-distance hike.
