Robert B. Foster has been shaping the OCR community since 2011 as an athlete, coach, and now the voice of the New England OCR Expo. We had him on the show to talk training, recovering from knee surgery, and his book and podcast Shut Up and GRIND!.

Robert B Foster has had an impact on the OCR community in a few different ways! He first got into the sport in 2011, started training with his RBF Fitness clients and building them up to a goal of completing an event, and more recently being our main man on the mic for the New England OCR Expo!
