Rea Kolbl just did her first Spartan since 2022 back home in Slovenia, sharing both her excitement about racing again and her frustrations with Spartan still owing athletes money. We chatted with her about how it felt getting back into OCR, life in Europe, new adventures, and what’s next.

Rea Kolbl put out a post about doing her first Spartan Race since 2022 in her home country of Slovenia. In that post she expressed interest in potentially taking on the Spartan Ultra World Championships in the future but also disappointment in Spartan’s continued broken promises regarding owed money!
