447. Jeff Moulton on Body Building, Performance Coaching, and Force Fitness Gym!

A few plans shifted, so I moved up an episode I’ve been excited about—featuring Jeff Moulton! We’ve crossed paths at OCR events like the New England Expo and WTM, and now with his new role as a gym owner in Connecticut, it was the perfect time to dive into his background in bodybuilding, performance coaching, and his work at Force Fitness and MMB Performance.

I had a few things planned that didn’t work out yet but I went through my episode plans and bumped a future episode idea up earlier.

I have wanted to have Jeff Moulton on the show for his own episode because our paths have crossed at the New England OCR Expo, WTM, and Spartan New Jersey Ultra! He seems like a great guy and I wanted to learn more about him, his history of body building, and hear about his performance training. When he became the owner of a gym in Connecticut it gave us all the more reason to have him on the show to hear how things are going with his big change!
