We invited MaryJane Osuji back on the show after hearing she took on the Taco Bell 50K in Washington, D.C., and we talked with her about her OCR background, why she tackled the endurance food challenge, event details, and what other challenges she hopes to try next. We talked about the Taco Bell 50K in Colorado as a quick news story but then another one happened in Washington DC and I wanted to have someone on the show to talk about it!

Carlo Piscitello noticed that MaryJane Osuji was taking on the challenge and suggested that she would be a good potential guest to talk about the experience. We met her at World’s Toughest Mudder earlier this year, we liked her, and so we immediately reached out to have her back on the show!

We talk about her background in OCR, what made her want to take on the endurance food challenge, details about the event including the rules and route, what was earned at the finish line, what other food challenges she would like to take on and much more!
